Indianapolis, IN – Financial Center has hired Chris Sibila as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer (CIO).
With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services space, Sibila brings expertise in digital solutions, technology, product management, payments, data analytics, information security, fraud prevention, and operations to the Indianapolis-based credit union.
In his most recent role as CIO at CNG Holdings, Sibila was responsible for championing technology, including overseeing 100 employees across software engineering, quality assurance, infrastructure, data management, and IT operations.
Sibila additionally has held executive level roles at Harland Clarke as Senior Vice President of Product Management and Payment Services, Elements Financial FCU as EVP and CIO, Citibank as Director of Product Management for Global Consumer Technology, and several leadership roles during 19 years with Fifth Third Bank.
Sibila’s appointment as CIO of Financial Center is a testament to his leadership skills and ability to drive organizational transformations.

Sibila has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and is an MBA graduate from Xavier University. Sibila and his family are residents of Zionsville and he actively serves in his community with the Indy CIO Network and the Versiti Blood Center of Indiana.
